I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were accommodating and even helped me with English translations. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the breakfast was tasty. I also loved the transportation access - the shuttle buses to the North and South bus terminals were convenient. The location of this hotel was exceptional as it was only a block away from a beautiful park in a better area of this city.
Cannot find any fault. This hotel exceeded my expectations and was a great value for its price.

Spent New Year at this hotel. Loved how close it is to the shuttle buses allowing us to explore the city. , we enjoyed how convenient it was to have tasty breakfast and a good shower. The wifi surprisingly worked well, which was a bonus.
We noticed that the hotel is old; the interiors, as well as the facade, could use some work.

What a lovely romantic escape! the staff were the absolute best , so friendly and eager to help us with any questions. the Inca, themed decor was also a fun addition, making the common areas very interesting. In terms of location, we couldn't have found anything better: the hotel was conveniently situated close to several public transportation options and a number of key tourist attractions. Plus, the WiFi was impressively fast and reliable, which was a huge plus for us.
